Senator Peter Mills announces the hiring of Marc A. Pitman as his gubernatorial campaign director. Pitman, an accomplished fundraiser and author, will lead the campaign’s efforts to promote Senator Mills’ strategic plan to bring fiscal restraint, government accountability and economic expansion to Maine. Senator Mills has run eight successful campaigns in Somerset County as his own campaign manager. This partnership with Pitman will help Mills bring that record of campaign success to voters statewide.
