Out there on the web, blogger Al Diamon covers the Maine Governor Race. While suggesting that lying will win the race (Peter clearly disagrees,) and detailing each candidate’s impossible promises he says:

“It’s hard to tell whether Mills is telling the truth in his detailed promises of fiscal reform, because no one understands them.”
